Gang Cheng represents start-up and emerging growth companies in a broad range of matters, including formation, general corporate, and venture capital financings. Gang also represents investors in venture capital financings and has experience in cross-border acquisition transactions.

Gang previously worked in the Silicon Valley and Shanghai offices of U.S. law firms. He has worked with clients in many industries, including semiconductor, biotechnology, software, e-commerce, and social media.
