Kimberly Carabotta handles a range of criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as counsels companies on compliance and internal controls policies. Her experience covers various stages of litigation, including factual investigation, managing e-discovery, drafting and responding to discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
Kimberly also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented individuals through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
Kimberly is a member of the board of directors for Caring For Others, Inc., a nonprofit organization serving the Greater Atlanta area.
