Camille Cournot's practice focuses on labor and employment issues involving union negotiations, employee representative bodies, and reorganizations and related litigation. She counsels French and international companies, particularly in the metals, energy, pharmaceutical, and emerging technologies industries, on all aspects of French labor and employment law. Camille also assists clients with labor audits, negotiations, and labor litigation before civil, criminal, and administrative courts.
Camille recently worked on several redundacy plans for companies in the metals industry.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2014, Camille was an associate for three years at a French labor and employment firm.
