Amelia Crawford is a commercial litigator and has acted for clients in large-scale construction disputes and in corporate, employment, regulatory compliance, and insolvency matters. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of New South Wales and also has acted in international arbitrations.
Amelia has worked for clients in a broad range of industries including financial services, real estate and construction, and software and computing. She is a member of the Jones Day team that is advising the Insurance Commission of Western Australia in relation to its interests in the AU$1.7 billion insolvency of the Bell Group.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Amelia worked at a major global law firm where she was involved in several complex disputes and litigation proceedings that focused on insurance.
