Tori Bliss represents and advises employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. She has represented clients in wage and hour class and collective actions and single-plaintiff discrimination litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration. Her litigation experience includes trade secret disputes as well as claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the False Claims Act (FCA), California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and other federal, state, and local laws.
Tori also counsels employers regarding federal, state, and local employment laws, including most recently COVID-19 workplace issues.
Tori previously clerked for Judge Karen Gren Scholer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
