Susanna Bagdasarova advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate law matters. She focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as general corporate and transactional matters. Susanna has experience representing public and private companies and private equity firms engaged in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and related commercial transactions. She has represented clients in a range of industries, including manufacturing and consumer goods, energy, chemicals, cosmetics, and broadcast technology.
Susanna also maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling nonprofit and community organizations regarding tax-exempt status and corporate governance issues. She also has served indigent clients in matters involving veterans' assistance, the due process right to a fair hearing, and prisoner civil rights.
Susanna is a member of the board of the Dickinson Law Alumni Society.
