Peter Bratton practices corporate law with a focus on venture capital and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Peter worked in London acting as counsel to U.S. and European issuers, sponsors, borrowers, and lenders in a range of cross-border debt and equity offerings, including multiple issuer-side IPOs, raising in excess of $6 billion.
While in law school, Peter served as a legal consultant to the Vatican and the World Bank. He also held a number of research positions, contributing to publications on financial reform and economic development while also staffing a pro bono legal clinic for military veterans.
