Lauren Ball represents and advises employers in a wide variety of complex labor and employment issues including discrimination and retaliation claims, internal investigations of employee complaints, and compliance with COVID-19 guidance.
Lauren has significant experience advising clients on issues related to COVID-19, including mandatory vaccination policies, disability and religious accommodations to COVID-19 vaccination under Title VII, work-from-home accommodations, and state and local COVID-19 legislation. She also helps employers navigate emerging issues related to pay transparency.
In addition, she has assisted in publications related to employment concerns arising from emerging legislation in California, the "Great Resignation," and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS).
