Kerry Barrett practices intellectual property law focusing on trademark and copyright litigation as well as trademark prosecution and portfolio management. She works collaboratively within the Firm's global IP practice, which affords clients continuity across all aspects of trademark and copyright selection and enforcement.

Kerry's practice includes protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights through administrative and court actions, including multidistrict unfair competition and false advertising litigation.

In addition, Kerry has experience with complex commercial litigation, including products liability defense. She has experience in many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including conducting legal research, briefing and motions practice, drafting outlines for depositions, and preparing expert and fact witness direct and cross-examinations. She has been a member of several trial teams in cases tried to complete defense verdicts.

Kerry is active in the Firm's pro bono practice. She serves on the Executive Board of the Young Lawyers' Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
