Sean Benevento focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, particularly patent disputes directed at technology involving a range of issues from software to mechanical devices. His experience includes a variety of discovery matters, such as drafting subpoenas, preparing and responding to discovery requests, and expert discovery. He has also been responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
While in law school, Sean served as a student attorney in the Criminal Appeals and Post-Conviction Services Clinic, representing clients in their appeals before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
