Hannah Bensen's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience in various litigation matters, including commercial and business disputes, trade secrets disputes, and unfair competition claims. She has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, written and oral discovery, and drafting pleadings and pretrial motions.
Hannah also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States as well as assisting survivors of human trafficking in vacatur actions.
