Hannah Basta practices bankruptcy and business restructuring law. She has experience representing debtors and creditors in chapter 11 proceedings, complex bankruptcy litigation, and out of court restructurings. Her practice also includes advising organizations facing mass tort liability.

Hannah maintains an active pro bono practice with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta and also serves on the Board of Visitors of the Georgia State Honors College.
