Guillaume Blanc has experience in all aspects of European and French competition law. His practice focuses on antitrust, merger control, and state aid counseling and litigation across a wide range of sectors, including technology, media, telecommunications, energy, and transport. He also assists clients on other aspects of EU law such as regulatory and internal market issues.
Guillaume regularly advises clients on European and French restrictive practices and distribution law, particularly when setting up distribution contracts and drafting or reviewing terms and conditions, and on consumer law.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Guillaume worked in the Paris and Brussels offices of two leading law firms and at the French Prime Minister's office (EU affairs division) and at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
