Callie Barr focuses on complex commercial litigation and internal investigations. Callie has experience with fact development and investigation, managing discovery, motion practice, trial, appellate briefing, and settlement negotiations.
Callie has a robust pro bono practice that includes successfully representing an immigration asylum client at trial in Laredo, Texas. She also actively participates in Jones Day's VetLex program, providing pro bono legal services to veterans.
As a leader in her community, Callie proudly works to support homeless veterans in the Detroit area, and she also mentors future female leaders through the Women of Tomorrow program.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Callie advocated for veterans and their families through Blue Star Families and the Rosalyn Carter Institute for Caregiving as a certified Operation Family Caregiver Coach.
