Edoardo Brugnoli's practice focuses on structured finance and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions. Edoardo has advised Italian and foreign companies and banks in the issuance of convertible bonds, plain vanilla notes (including euro medium-term note [EMTN] programmes), and structured notes, as well as securitized derivatives (certificates, covered warrants, and credit-linked notes/credit-linked certificates).
Edoardo also has experience advising on regulations imposed by various financial authorities regarding securitization transactions of different asset classes such as nonperforming loans (NPLs) and construction claims (riserve tecniche d'appalto) and receivables transfers, including single name transactions or transfers of receivables as a pool (cessioni in blocco).
