Duggan Baker's practice focuses on domestic and international transactions, primarily in the energy industry. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial agreements. Duggan also represents companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in administrative litigation involving issues such as ratemaking and gas quality. In addition, he has experience representing domestic issuers in public and private debt offerings.

Duggan is a member of the Energy Bar Association (EBA) and serves on the EBA's Gas, Oil & Liquids Steering Committee.
