Cameron Baker represents U.S. and foreign companies in a broad range of complex litigation, arbitration, and compliance matters. He assists clients with construction, environmental, and securities matters and also advises on matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
Cameron has experience with expert witnesses, brief drafting, and pretrial discovery. He also stays abreast of, and answers client questions on, health orders relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cameron maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers and nonprofit organizations.
