Dr. Verena Alof advises German and international investors in real estate transactions. She has many years of significant experience in the acquisition of commercial and residential property portfolios and also advises on property law and all aspects of real estate management, particularly on lease negotiations and landlord and tenant matters. In addition, Verena has represented landlords and tenants, both commercial and residential, in a variety of real estate litigations.
Prior joining Jones Day in 2016, Verena worked at an international law firm where her significant representations included advising on the redevelopment of an inner-city complex of buildings as well as advising several asset managers on tenancy law matters, both judicial and extra-judicial.
