Shelley Awe's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation and investigative work. She has diverse litigation experience, including motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, and pretrial preparation.
Shelley also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing immigrants seeking asylum in connection with the National Immigrant Justice Center and incarcerated clients alleging civil rights violations in federal court.
