Shams Alhendi practices corporate law with a focus on M&A. She has experience in Qatari, United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabian laws and regulations. She works closely with senior associates to provide advice to a variety of clients on commercial and corporate issues.
Shams has advised clients on labor matters, including interstate labor issues in GCC (Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf) countries, regulatory compliance, employment contracts, and unilateral terminations. Shams also has represented clients in international distribution deals in the drug and food industry.
Shams has researched and assisted on legal matters pertaining to the first independent sewage treatment plant in the Kingdom and has assisted other lawyers in developing legal strategies on shareholder disputes.
Shams is active in her community and has participated in pro bono programs.
