Sarah Aboukhair represents companies in domestic and international M&A, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. She has advised public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and investments, as well as in matters concerning corporate governance.

Sarah has advised companies in numerous industries, including energy, pharmaceutical products, aviation, software, and consumer products.

Sarah is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
