Rob Adamson's practice focuses on equity derivative transactions and related regulatory matters. Rob advises financial institutions, investment funds, and corporations on negotiating, documenting, and executing transactions — some of which include accelerated share repurchases, call spread transactions, issuer forward sales, prepaid variable share forwards, swaps, complex hedging structures, and other structured equity transactions. Additionally, Rob negotiates relationship-level derivative agreements such as the International Swaps and Derivatives Association's ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and Master Confirmation Agreement for dealers and end users.
Before practicing law, Rob was licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA) and worked as an assurance associate for one of the "Big Four" accounting firms.
