Razan AlHussaini practices corporate law with a focus on M&A, foreign direct investment, corporate governance, and restructuring. She works closely with senior lawyers in advising leading corporations on general corporate and commercial issues and advising foreign investors on establishing a presence in the Kingdom as well as forming companies in Saudi Arabia.
Razan has been involved in a wide range of matters including the transfer of shares and increasing and decreasing the share capital of a number of joint stock and limited liability companies in the petrochemicals and manufacturing industries.
Razan also has experience advising clients on labor and employment matters, including employment contracts, foreign investment licensing, and Shari'ah law, analyzing disputes, and litigating before Saudi courts.
