Nicolas Audifax's practice focuses on environmental law and life sciences. Trained in business law and in health and environmental law, Nicolas advises French, European, and international clients on civil and administrative litigation and regulatory issues related to chemical substances, polluted soils, pharmaceutical regulatory issues, and corporate social responsibility.
Nicolas has particular experience in issues related to the Classified Installations for the Protection of the Environment (ICPE), polluted sites and soils, waste, and chemical substances. He also has in-depth knowledge of French and European consumer law and has worked extensively on matters regarding health and pharmaceuticals.
