Marion Argiolas is active in all areas of intellectual property law and information technology. She advises on and litigates matters involving trademarks, copyrights, designations of origin, unfair competition, and image rights. She also has experience in the field of personal data.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Marion completed several internships at intellectual property law firms and in the legal department of a company that is a world leader in the luxury goods industry.
