Mahmoud Alsaif represents Saudi Arabian and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and foreign direct investments. He acts for leading corporations in a range of industries such as oil field services, manufacturing, petrochemicals, and health care.

In addition to transactional matters, Mahmoud advises businesses operating in Saudi Arabia on the Saudi regulatory environment. He is particularly experienced in advising on the legal regimes applicable to corporate entities, foreign investments, and labor relations.

Mahmoud's recent experience includes representing a Saudi investment company in forming a major joint venture to produce marine engines and pumps in the Kingdom, advising on a sale of a petrochemicals manufacturing facility through an auction process, acting for a publicly listed manufacturing company on its buyout of its joint venture partner, representing a Saudi conglomerate in its indirect acquisition of a controlling stake in a foundry project, and advising a global luxury hotel brand regarding entry into Saudi hotel management arrangements.
