David Aumain focuses his practice on securitization, covered bonds and debt funds (investing in small and medium-sized enterprises [SMEs]), infrastructure projects, real estate projects, trade receivables, and crowd-lending platforms, with or without double structures.
He has worked extensively on the creation of various debt funds in the form of French fonds de prêt à l'économie (FPE) and European Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs).
Recently, David has worked on the restructuring of covered bonds issuers (société de crédit foncier and société de financement de l'habitat) and on transactions related to the sale of nonperforming loan (NPL) portfolios.
