Arjun Ahuja represents lenders and large financial institutions in complex commercial real estate finance transactions. Arjun has experience in various aspects of dealmaking, including corporate and title diligence and negotiating, documenting, and closing secured transactions. Arjun has worked on a wide range of assets, including shopping centers, hospitality projects, office buildings, apartment buildings, and other properties throughout the United States.

Between college and law school, Arjun was a Judicial Fellow for the Orange County Superior Court.
