Partner Harold Gordon will moderate what promises to be an engaging discussion in Jury Trial Innovations: A Frank Discussion Among The Bench, The Bar, and A Jury Consultant On Improving The Trial Process, a program the Firm is hosting in its New York Office the evening of May 16. Sponsored by the Federal Bar Council, in partnership with The American College of Trial Lawyers, and the NYU School of Law Civil Jury Project, this program will cover a variety of efforts that have been proposed, discussed, and implemented with the goal of improving jury comprehension and deliberations. There will also be a post-program reception. 

REGISTRATION & CLE CREDIT

CLE Credit Information: This program will provide 2.0 Transitional/Non-transitional CLE credits in Areas of Professional Practice. CLE credit is provided free of charge to all Federal Bar Council members in good standing. There is a $150.00 charge for CLE Credit for non-members.
