Program Summary - Women in the Courtroom
Recent studies reveal what we already know: Women are far less likely than men to serve as lead counsel on major matters and at trial. What progress have we made, and how can we better level this playing field? In this program, you will hear perspectives from the court, in-house counsel, and lead women trial lawyers on recent trial experiences, why the statistics have been slow to change, and what the profession can and should be doing to move the needle.
