Jones Day proudly presents the first of our 2017 fall season of "What to Do When . . ." networking and continuing legal education events.
For global companies, anti-corruption compliance is an everyday necessity and reality. Using real-life examples, this one-hour program will address the increasingly important trend of new and follow-on actions by foreign jurisdictions and will offer practical tips for preventing, detecting, and investigating corruption matters, with a focus on China and India.
Former federal prosecutor Peter Mazza will lead the discussion, alongside Jerry Ling, who recently returned stateside after 10 years in Jones Day's Shanghai Office leading investigations in China and the Asia-Pacific region, and Fahad Habib, who has led numerous investigations across India, the Middle East, and other jurisdictions.
