(ITG) in respect of regulatory and other approvals and notifications in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore relating to the acquisition by Virtu Financial, Inc. of ITG in a cash transaction valued at $30.30 per ITG share, or a total of approximately $1.0 billion.
