Jones Day advised J.F. Lehman & Company in connection with its $140 million acquisition of the Inertial Products business of BAE Systems plc, a defense and aerospace company offering a range of products and services for air, land and naval forces. The Inertial Products business supplies military and commercial customers inertial sensors and measurements units for the control, navigation and guidance of fixed- and rotary-winged aircraft, precision weapon systems, missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles, aerial targets and drones, tanks and fighting vehicles.
