Jones Day advised China based Zhejiang Holley & Futong Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of The Holley Group Inc., in its investment to develop a large industrial park in Monterrey, Mexico for the estimated value of up to $500 million. Zhejiang Holley & Futong Investment Co., Ltd. will be responsible for the development of the mixed-use park which will include industrial and residential space.
