Jones Day advised Oxenwood Real Estate LLP and its joint venture partner Oxenwood Catalina Limited in connection with the acquisition of a distribution warehouse from Wirral Borough Council. The acquisition was refinanced by a £7.55 million term loan facility provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc.
