Jones Day represented the board of directors of Seaway Bancshares, Inc. in a lawsuit filed by an investor alleging that the board of Seaway Bancshares and others had (a) conspired to defraud him and (b) breached various fiduciary duties owed to him. The board resolved the dispute through settlement.
