Jones Day represented TransDigm Group Incorporated, a leading global designer, producer, and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, on behalf of TransDigm Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TransDigm Group, in connection with a $1.8 billion term loan used to refinance all outstanding Tranche G term loans under the existing credit agreement.
