ARA Asset Management forms ARA Harmony VI to acquire Century Link

Jones Day represented ARA Asset Management Limited ("ARA"), an Asian real estate fund management company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, in connection with the establishment of ARA Harmony VI to acquire Century Link, a newly-completed premium-grade integrated commercial property located in Shanghai, China. The acquisition of Century Link was valued at RMB20 billion and was the biggest single-asset property transaction in Asia Pacific in 2016, winning the "RICS Awards 2017: China – Best Deal" award.
