Jones Day represented an international oil company as the lead negotiator in the dry leases of AgustaWestland AW139 helicopters and Boeing 737-300 airliners. Jones Day provided counseling on a variety of aviation litigation-related issues, including allocation and management of risk during operations, procurement of the appropriate type and level of insurance, defense of future litigation, indemnification, and recovery of damages. We also negotiated and drafted significant provisions of the dry lease agreements.
