After more than eight years litigating two ICC international arbitration proceedings, and more than fifteen judicial proceedings in Mexico and one in the United States, Jones Day client Hard Rock Cafe International (STP), Inc. ended its 28-year relationship with its former Mexican Master Franchisee Operadora DB México, S.A. de C.V.

Hard Rock is a themed international restaurant, gaming, entertainment, and hotel chain.
