Jones Day represented East West Bancorp, Inc., in connection with its investment in the rehabilitation of an historic thread mill into a commercial and residential complex in Stonington, Connecticut. The rehabilitation is anticipated to cost approximately $23 million and was structured to qualify for federal historic tax credits, which represent part of East West's return on its investment.
