Jones Day advised Hotel Hoyo Uno S de R.L. de C.V., a subsidiary of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Spanish developer Obrascón Huarte Lain, S.A., in connection with a $55 million loan granted by the Banco Mexicano de Comercio Extrerior, S.N.C. for the construction, furnishing, opening, and operation of a 5-star hotel located at the Mayakoba resort in Quintana Roo, United Mexican States.
