Riverside acquires Be Green Packaging

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Be Green Packaging, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of molded and thermoformed pulp and fiber packaging solutions primarily servicing the foodservice and consumer packaging goods markets. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving loan facility, a delayed draw loan facility and a term loan facility.
