Jones Day represented PNC Bank, National Association, as joint lead arranger and administrative agent, in connection with the $134 million senior secured credit facility provided to Doskocil Manufacturing Company, Inc., a provider of non-food pet care products, for the acquisitions of J.W. Pet Company, Inc. and Canine Hardware, Inc., leading innovators of pet products, and for working capital.
