Riverside acquires Midnite Air

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition, recapitalization, and related financing of Midnite Air Corp., doing business as MNX and an asset-light provider of third-party transportation and logistics services. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit and a term loan facility, and mezzanine financing through the sale of Senior Subordinated Notes.
