On behalf of several confidential food and consumer product manufacturers, Jones Day has resolved (on favorable terms) a series of lawsuits filed by purported "citizen groups" under California's Proposition 65, claiming that the clients' products require a Proposition 65 warning because they allegedly contain lead, phthalates and other listed chemicals.
