Jones Day advised on the global rollout of ATM card acceptance arrangements for Diners Club International, Discover Financial Services and PULSE Network Cards in a number of Asian and European jurisdictions, including China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia. In particular, Jones Day has assisted with the negotiation of card acceptance agreements with major banks and card schemes across the region and has advised on associated electronic payments and competition regulatory policies in a number of jurisdictions.
