Don Erlandson is an insurance coverage lawyer who has exclusively represented policyholders for nearly two decades. He has assisted policyholders in recovering millions of dollars in insurance proceeds and has counseled and advised clients under a broad array of insurance policies, including property, general liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, directors and officers liability, environmental liability, media liability, and workers compensation. This work has extended to a number of diverse industries and businesses, including railroad, technology, real estate, telecommunications, financial services, and entertainment.

In addition to his counseling efforts, Don has litigated complex insurance coverage disputes in courts across the country for clients such as World Trade Center Properties, The Kroger Company, and Dell. He also has substantial experience in mediating and arbitrating insurance coverage disputes. These matters have involved novel and cutting-edge issues in the insurance recovery field.

Don has written articles on numerous insurance coverage issues and topics. In 2017, he was listed among "names to note" in the field of "Insurance Recovery: Advice to Policyholders" by The Legal 500. Don also has been recognized on a number of occasions as a "Southern California Rising Star" in the field of insurance coverage in surveys conducted by Law & Politics Media and published in Los Angeles magazine.
