Carol Zhang's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and investigations, covering a wide range of subject matter. She has experience in many stages of litigation, including fact investigation, document production, depositions, motion practice, expert reports, and legal research. She also has conducted discovery and prepared for witness interviews in U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations held in Asia.
Carol maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals seeking asylum, providing legal advice to local education organizations, and working on anti-human trafficking initiatives. She is author of "Linguistic Minorities with Disabilities and the Right to Native Language Instruction" (Chicago Journal of International Law, 2021).
