Cari Heicklen represents clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Her experience spans a wide range of disputes including data privacy matters, contractual and treaty-based claims, internal investigations, business torts, and other claims under federal, state, and foreign laws.

Cari maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing individuals with their asylum claims and other immigration relief through Jones Day's Laredo Project and representing children in foster care in partnership with Children's Law Center of Minnesota. Cari serves on the board of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter of the American Constitution Society and on the Community Outreach Committee for the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
